This year, we had a chance to visit a new place along the Mekong River where, most of the wildlife been hiding and live peacefully along here.

Koh Samseb is the name of the island located in Kratie Province, where there are hundred of big and small islands line up together along the upper Mekong River. We visited Koh Samseb to scout the location as a future site for SVC Tours. This beautiful area is located in Sambor Wildlife Sanctuary. Our main highlight at that time were: White-shouldered Ibis, Rive Tern, Great Thick-knee, Mekong Wagtail, Black-headed Woodpecker, White-rumped Pygmy Falcon, River Lapwing, Green Peafowl, Stork-billed Kingfisher, and the beautiful Spotted Wood-Owl.
